Yes. To maintain the high standards of the community, all owners contribute a monthly service charge which will be communicated as part of the contractual documentation. This covers 24-hour security, maintenance of the landscaped green spaces, clubhouse upkeep, and waste management.

Ownership & Policy

All apartments at Muzi Salama are sold on a Sectional Ownership basis. This ensures you have a legal sub-lease for your specific unit within the development, which is the legal standard for high-quality, multi-unit gated communities.
Due to the nature of the high-density building structure and the shared community spaces, pets are unfortunately not allowed at Muzi Salama. This policy ensures the comfort and cleanliness of the shared amenities for all residents.

Sustainability & Utilities

We are IFC EDGE Certified. This means our apartments are scientifically verified to achieve a minimum of 20% savings in energy, water, and "embodied energy" in materials compared to a standard local building. In fact, our design targets up to 40% savings in energy and water usage.
Each unit features smart meters for water and electricity, allowing you to track your resource consumption in real-time and take advantage of the energy-saving design.

Amenities & Location

Residents have exclusive access to a fully equipped gym, a clubhouse for social or remote work use, a multi-purpose sports court, dedicated kids' play areas, and a rooftop entertainment zone with 360-degree views of the Tilisi landscape.
