You will be able to choose you service provider to provide a fixed-line fibre service to the development. All apartments are already wired for fibre as well as ICT and Cable TV. Buyers/occupiers can subscribe to either Safaricom Home/Zuku or Faiba Home for their internet service.

There will be a back-up power generator for the common areas. Solar will also be added as a support to the main grid as part of the EDGE Certification.

Due to the nature of the building structure, unfortunately pets are not allowed.
